Established in 1986 by certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Lawrence Holtgrieve, Cardinal Appraisal Service is licensed to perform residential real estate appraisals in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

All of Cardinal Appraisal Service's associate appraisers and independent contractors meet or exceed the following qualifications:

| • | Minimum of 2 years residential appraising experience |
| • | Completion of basic course work |
| • | Completion of Standards & Professional Practice seminar |
| • | Working knowledge of computer software, preferring, but not limited to Appraiser's Choice™ or DayOne™ appraisal programs |
| • | College degree or professional designation |
We provide comprehensive training for selected individuals. This includes closely supervised field and office work with state certified appraisers co-signing all final reports. Generally, trainees are promoted from within our company. We, therefore, are not soliciting or accepting resumes for trainee positions at this time.
